1. Cut Kanji red Asian paper to size of medium mail tag. Glue to tag. Punch hole through to match top of tag.

2. Cut MC10916 Leaf Illusion paper to size of small tag. Glue to tag. Punch hole through to match top of tag.

3. Cut out little panda image from 210 CL Panda postage and collage sheet. Glue to a small square of white 13-101 silk decorative paper. Tear around edges.

4. Glue small tag slanted right to large tag. With pop dots adhere image to tags near bottom.

5. Tie gold and brown embroidery floss through the hole of the big tag. Tie brown embroidery floss and green fibers through small tag.

6. Brush red Pearl-Ex on image. You may want to apply fixative to set it or mix with Perfect Paper Adhesive and apply as a clear paint.
