Card is done on Light Parchment cardstock. The shiny gold (looks black here) background cardstock is cut with fancy scissors and taped to card with double-stick tape. It was taped directly to the gold background. The saying was stamped in Vintage Wine ink with a wine & gold ribbon tied around it.
