Supplies:
18-011F Northwest Amer Indian Dragonfly Totem
Amy's Magic Gold leaf
Tacky Embossing Powder
Cardstock (black)
Pigment or embossing ink
1. Image was stamped with pigment ink.
2. Then it was embossed with Tacky embossing power. It was then heated
from below causing it to become like glue. Do this lightly and move to a new
area the second the powder become clear. If you overheat the glue will dry
to fast and gold leaf won't adhere.
3. Amy's gold leaf was then broken into small pieces and placed in a tupperware container. I usually use about 3 - 6 sheets to get good coverage. There is be some left over. It only takes about 1 sheet for the actual image.
4. Dip Embossed into container or cover it entirely with copper fire leaf flakes. Press down firmly with a hard sponge. Then rub sponge gently in a circular motion to remove excess flakes.
Image may appear slightly blurred due to image compression

Artwork looks much better in person.
